• Suggestions:  When applying eye liner, tilt your head back slightly and bring your eyes to a half-open state. This creates a good angle for application, while allowing you to see what you're doing.

How to Use:

1. For eyebrows-Lightly fill in your eyebrow, working from the inner to outer corner. Use light, short strokes. Do not press so hard that you can see the actual lines from where you applied the pencil. Work all the way to the outer corner.
2. Finally, brush your eyebrows with a brow brush or toothbrush to complete the look
3. For eye liner-Rest your hand on your cheek bone and draw a line across the upper lid on the lash line (as close to your lashes as possible while still on the lid).
4. Repeat below the eye if desired.
5. Remove with eye makeup remover on a cotton pad.
